"He's been working out before comeback and I think he's been doing it almost everyday. It's possible to give up in the middle but he! continuously and diligently worked out everyday. "Seungjoon does what he says~ if he says he needs to lose weight, even if he doesn't have any weight to lose, he'll lose it by all means~ In whatever he does (ex. dancing, singing, Japanese, aerobics or wresting in ISAC) when he puts his heart into it, there's nothing that's difficult for Seungjoon. He practices until he can do something and he does. I'm a lot older than him but I have high respect for him." — Staff C

"When you compliment him for his good dancing after monitoring their stage or after watching their practice video, he either gets shy or dances harder. He's like a kid. Really cute." — Staff A

"He takes care of U in particular~ He buys him food, often talks with him, and practices with him. He's the hyung who spends most time with the maknae." — Staff B

"When he eats with the staff, J-Us takes care of water, spoon, or chopsticks. When we went on an overseas trip, there were lots of luggage and Seungjoon in particular helped carry some of them despite having a lot of his own too. He also helped take out luggage from the baggage carousel at the airport. He's kind and considerate. He is really kind. — Staff C

"When he has free time, he feeds the staff who are too busy taking care of the artists to eat. He's a kind kid." — Staff D

"He's usually playful but concentrates so much before going on stage. When I see him concentrate and practice alone in front of the mirror, he looks like a professional. He practices the most. — Staff A

"This is a similarity between him and Hyojin. It doesn't show when he's having a hard time or when he's feeling sick. He doesn't even complain. He does his best in everything. — Staff B

"He's the type who likes everything to be certain, if he does something he's certain of it and if he doesn't then he isn't. So when I see him practicing until he's certain, I can really feel that he's a professional." — Staff C

"They always monitor as a team. When I see him check on each one of them in detail I think "The leader is realy a leader." — Staff D

"He also takes care of the staff. He may seem like he's just playful at first glance... but he's actually a happy virus who brings up the moods of the staff!" — Staff B

"When we're walking together, he can immediately sense who is carrying something heavier~ and he helps that person ㅎ When he eats with the staff or the members, he shares delicious side dishes to the people in front of him. When we go to a barbecue restaurant, he grills the meat all by himself. He's a leader who gets happy by watching his dongsaengs enjoy their food. He also grills meat pretty well. (laughs) — Staff C

"They auditioned for a survival program once where Seungjoon and Hyojin were both in the debut group at the beginning. Actually, Seungjoon got really sick so his rank went down to C and didn't appear on their first live stage (Just Dance)~ Even so, he didn't show that he was jealous of anybody nor he was having a hard time. He was always smiling and was lively. When he sees other (trainees) who are having a hard time, he stays behind, helps them, and practices with them until the end. He also diligently practiced so he made his way back to the debut group and kept his place but he received a lot of stress. He says he is okay but his scalp showed obvious bumps. My heart hurted knowing that he received that amount of stress. On the other hand, I was captivated by his strong, hardworking side. He's not the leader for nothing. — Staff B

"He is wise and smart. He knows how to control himself in the difficult, long years of training. He is very positive. The reason why students who don't study receive stress prior to taking an exam is because they do everything but study right. Seungjoon is the complete opposite." — Staff D

"Do you think he's gloomy because he's the OFF team leader? That's a NO! With positive thoughts, he always gives off bright energy! A kid who shines with his pure passion." — Staff C

"He's good at singing. He's not just good, he's... there's something special. He has an emotional voice that can move hearts. It's a voice filled with sincerity." — Staff A

"When Hyojin sings, his charm shows. When he sings, I also get caught up with the song he's singing that I end up listening to it. His ability to deliver emotions is really.. he's like an adult with lots of experience." — Staff B

"At first glance he'd seem that he nags a lot but if you look at it closely, he takes good care of his members. All of them. Especially MK who hurts himself often, he nags him a lot as a way of taking care of him ㅎㅎ" — Staff B

"He's good at observing the others quietly. After observing, he asks them whether they're hurt anywhere or how they're feeling." — Staff C

"The most difficult thing is being consistent, right? But for over six years that he has been practicing, he consistently practices for 3 to 6 hours everyday. He's not the type to rest or play. If he doesn't know what to do he'll feel anxious. He doesn't rest except on holidays like New Year and Chuseok." — Staff D

"He doesn't make excuses when it comes to singing and dancing. Even when he's sick he doesn't use it as an excuse. He only reflects. He's a perfectionist so he really practices hard. He's the type to keep practicing until the results are satisfying, he also makes the members practice a lot." — Staff B

"He also likes fooling around like his peers, but when he sings he's very delicate. From the first verse until the ending!! He doesn't go on stage until he feels that his singing is perfect." — Staff C

"He trained for a long period of time. He's still consistently practicing just like before. Whether it's participating in ISAC or studying a foreign language, he does his best in everything. I'm proud of him but sometimes I also feel sorry for him..^^;" — Staff A

"There are times when he's suddenly playful like an elementary student. And at times like this, he's on the same boat with E-Tion. One day in my office, I was focusing on my work when E-Tion knocked and Hyojin said "Manager~ the driver is here." So I left what I was doing and when I turned, no one was there... those two were smiling so brightly and were very happy as they pull this trick." — Staff D

"Since he's a leader, there are lots of instances where he had to point out mistakes. Rather than being forceful about it, there are lots of times where he gives words of encouragement or support~ He also leads by example during practice." — Staff A

"In order to not hurt the members, he leads the team delicately. He's the type of leader who can sense a member who's not in a good condition and cares for them." — Staff C

"He's very detailed and clean so when there's something that's missed, he approaches me first, says "This is how you do it, right?" and moves on his own. I'm so amazed when he does that." — Staff D

"It's not easy to always remember what the other person has told you. Hyojin does that difficult thing. There are lots of times when I can't remember who can't do what, who dislikes what, which belongs to who. At times like those, when I ask Hyojin he answers accurately." — Staff D

"He gets embarassed easily. He's always shy when you make him do cute poses but he's good at doing them!" — Staff B

"When he's having a hard time, he never shows it not even once. Even in situations where everyone will think it's tiring, if you ask him, he'll answer with "I'm okay I'm not tired." I'm not sure if it's because Hyojin and Seungjoon both possess the pressure of being leaders but they both don't show (when they're having a hard time)~" — Staff C
