Q: How was today's shoot?
HYOJIN: It felt a bit awkward because we took photos with a new vibe but it has been a unique experience. It was fun.
E-TION: We were nervous at the beginning but because we were supported well we had a fun time filming.
J-US: It was a shoot where we used props and lots of expression changes which felt like a new challenge and was fun.
WYATT: It was fun and we were able to wrap it up well because we were directed well.
MK: It felt new probably because it's been a while since we had a photoshoot with a different concept. I had fun filming to the point that I didn't notice how much time had passed.
U: It's my first time to have a photoshoot while holding a flower, on top of that I tried different poses which gave off a different feel. We did lots of new things in general so I had lots of fun!

Q: You have made a comeback with your mini album [GO LIVE] after 8 months, what is your album concept?
HYOJIN: We represented our own worldview. The feel of the song and the choreography was made with the meaning "For all of us to not fall apart, let's be together."
E-TION: It's like a continuation of our previous track "We Must Love."
J-US: Our concept this time is more mature and tells a story. Also it connects to all of the albums we have released up until now.
WYATT: We captured the concept while thinking of the strong feeling of "sexy" and "want."
MK: For this album's concept we worked hard to deliver a stronger vibe compared to our previous albums!
U: It's an ongoing story since our debut song ON/OFF, and for this album there's emphasis on the story continuation and worldview.

Q: What was the most difficult part while preparing for this new album?
HYOJIN: Going on a diet was most difficult. I lost a lot of weight in order to show a cooler image.
E-TION: The choreography was really difficult at first but I got used to it after practicing.
J-US: None. I practiced hard as much as the length of our hiatus to show our more improved sides.
WYATT: I pondered a lot on lyrics while preparing for this album.
MK: We recorded multiple times for the new album considering we want to deliver a different feel from our past albums, and in the middle of that I lost my voice.
U: We filmed the music video for our title track 'Why' at multiple countries, when we filmed in Russia it took about 3 hours by car to transfer to other filming sites, so I think I had a hard time because of the long distance travel not because of the filming itself.

Q: Title track 'Why' tells the story of breaking yourself as you continue loving the other. Have you experienced this kind of love before?
HYOJIN: I haven't had the opportunity to experience it. I'm curious as to how it will feel having a love like that.
J-US: I think you can feel it even if you're not meeting anyone. It's the strong feeling of sadness after breaking up with your lover whom you love more than yourself and you're having a hard time forgetting him/her.
WYATT: I haven't experienced that kind of love. Given the chance I'd like to meet someone who can love that much.
MK: I haven't experienced the kind of love that is being expressed by the song but I indirectly felt it from watching movies and dramas.

Q: Do you have fun stories from when you were filming in Moscow?
HYOJIN: We went to a safehouse with a 20-floor basement to film, the first ones to go in scared us so I was scared in the beginning but it was fun than I thought and had been a new experience.
E-TION: We filmed in a field of reeds where there were lots of mosquitoes, I remember applying mosquito repellent all over my body.
J-US: The scenes we took in an abandoned factory where Hyojin and I fought and Jaeyoung removed his shirt off were fun.
WYATT: I filmed in a pool but there were lots of mosquitoes so I was filmed running away from it.
MK: It was tough but fun! Mosquitoes in Korea are nicer (laughs).
U: There's a scene where I have to film with a dog but the dog keeps on going the other way so I remember getting flustered by it.

Q: How do you usually spend the time that you're not promoting?
HYOJIN: I always practice my singing to improve my skills.
E-TION: I usually do stuff that will help myself develop. I go visit exhibits, watch movies, or go on trips.
J-US: This time I managed myself through working out so I think I've become healthier and my basic physical strength improved.
WYATT: I usually watch movies or play games.
MK: I either play computer games or watch movies.
U: I listen to lessons, work on choreos sometimes, or study videos. I made a music video for one of our side tracks 'All Day' and I pondered a lot on how to film and edit it before heading to Moscow.

Q: What are ONF's charms that a lot of people do not know yet?
HYOJIN: I think we show a very cool image when we are performing but we are goofy and playful off stage, I hope more people will get to know our reverse charms.
E-TION: ONF have golden hands. We have various skills like video filming and editing, designing, making choreography, composing, lyric writing, etc.
J-US: ONF's bright and fun side!
WYATT: I think it's our charm to make people feel comfortable and our reverse charms. I hope people will know about our funny and cute sides.
MK: The members are very cool on stage but are really friendly and fun afterwards. I hope a lot of people will get to know this! (Laughs)
U: The chemistry of all the members is a charm but I think the biggest charm is our good songs and performance! That's why I want a lot of people to know about it.

Q: What do you think is ONF's team color?
HYOJIN: I think it's strong 'red.' Our songs and perfomances are very charismatic so it's similar to the strong red color.
E-TION: White, it suits with any color.
J-US: White and black, it represents our recent appearance.
WYATT: Rainbow colors? Just like the rainbow, we have different colors in one team.
MK: I think ONF's color is ON team and OFF team's charms.
U: Rainbow colors that suits anything.

Q: If you would pick a word to define ONF, what will it be?
HYOJIN: Fuse!
E-TION: Home of legendary songs.
J-US: LED.
WYATT: For me it's 'light.' I want to brighten up a lot of people like light.
MK: I think "Legendary songs idols" will do (laughs)
U: Reverse charms

Q. What do you think your jobs will be if you didn't debut?
HYOJIN: I like singing so I think I'd be working in a music related field.
E-TION: I'd be working in the fashion field
J-US: I like serving food to people and working out so I think I'd be cooking or working out.
WYATT: I think I'd be operating a cafe but at the same time I'd be continuing hiphop and be a rapper.
MK: If I didn't debut, I'd be working at an ice cream parlor! Our family runs an ice cream parlor business (laughs).
U: I think I'd be a choreographer or I'd be working in the video related field.

Q: Individually, what are your other interests aside from performing, singing, and dancing?
HYOJIN: Eating delicious food. I really like eating.
E-TION: Fashion.
J-US: Coffee. I love coffee.
WYATT: Boxing and games.
MK: Aside from dancing and singing, I have lots of interests on composing and guitars.
U: Editing videos! When I have the time, I study the trends in video editing through Youtube!

Q: When the members are gathered like this, what do you usually do to have fun?
HYOJIN: We tease each other and share the fun stories that happened on that day.
E-TION: We either eat late night snacks or have a chat together.
J-US: We like eating so we talk over food.
WYATT: We tease each other or sing songs together.
MK: When the members are gathered, we share fun stories and play with one another.
U: We used to watch movies together in the dorm, now we eat lots of late night snacks. What's worse is we also ate together last night (laughs).

Q: Is there a concept you want to try in the future?
HYOJIN: I want to try putting on a performance with a dreamy feel.
E-TION: Hiphop concept?
J-US: I want to try a ballad concept which will showcase ONF's vocal tones.
WYATT: I want to try a dreamy or evil concept.
MK: I want to try an evil concept.
U: I want to try a really strong concept.

Q: We heard that the members trained for an average of 6 years. When do you feel that training for a long time is helpful?
HYOJIN: Since we did a lot of monthly evaluations, I'm generally less nervous when I have to sing or dance.
E-TION: When I learn a choreo fast.
J-US: It's helpful when we have to come up with a performance in a short period of time.
WYATT: We did various types of trainings when we were trainees which we can showcase someday.
MK: After training for a long period of time, I learned how to live with others.
U: There are times where we are only given a short period of time to prepare for a performance. I feel that it's helpful when we safely finish without making mistakes on the song nor the dance. Like for instance, we worked on the choreography of 'Asteroid' a week prior to the comeback showcase.

Q: How do you overcome your slumps when you were trainees?
HYOJIN: I try hard to think positive.
E-TION: I feel my slump until it ends then I go back to practicing.
J-US: I read books and try not to think about my slump.
WYATT: I practice harder because I want to be better.
MK: I overcome my slump by talking to the members.
U: I listen to songs and relate to them while thinking "So I'm not the only one who's having a hard time." That way I overcome my slump.

Q: When is your most recent happiest moment?
HYOJIN: When I was able to eat lots of delicious food while on a diet!
E-TION: When I find time in my busy schedule to build legos.
J-US: When we enjoyed filming Run.Wav as if we are holding a concert.
WYATT: I think I'm happiest when we're on our way home after finishing all the filmings?
MK: I'm most happy when I got to participate in song composition.
U: I'm happy that we are promoting 'Why' right now, we recently filmed for Run.Wav where Fuses and Jang Woohyuk's fans cheered for us so I'm thankful and very happy!

Q: When is the most intense moment of your life?
HYOJIN: The most intense moment of my life is from prior to debut where we have to compete.
E-TION: Present and future.
J-US: I think it was when I was 19 years old. I've become conscious of the competition with the other students from the same field who do well even without studying. So I put a lot of passion to the things I do.
WYATT: When I was preparing to debut. I stayed up all night practicing with the thoughts of I have to do well.
MK: When I participated in the survival program "No Mercy."
U: When I went on auditions.

Q: Do you have a bucket list?
HYOJIN: A trip around the world.
E-TION: Go to Paris, France and see the Eiffel Tower.
J-US: Go on a solo backpacking trip!
WYATT: I haven't made big plans yet.
MK: I like traveling so given the chance I want to go to the Antarctic.
U: Sky diving! It looks scary but I want to see how the world looks like from that view!

Q: Please let us know your future plans and give a message to Fuses.
HYOJIN: This is our fourth round of promotions, we want to show our charms that we haven't shown before as much as we have prepared for this album. I love you so so much Fuses!
E-TION: Thank you for always supporting us. We'll become an ever improving ONF so we don't let down your expectations.
J-US: We'll show new sides of us while promoting so please give us lots of support! Fuses, thank you for always being by our sides.
WYATT: We'll repay everyone through awesome 'Why' performances in the future. Thank you for always loving us and let's be together forever!
MK: We will diligently promote 'Why' so please give us lots of support, we will become an ONF who is improving more. Thank you always. I love you our Fuse! I'm thankful everyday!
U: I hope we can relay our story to more people through our 4th mini album 'GO LIVE' and we'll always show you various music and performances. We will work hard to make more time for us to meet so please look over us, and it is now winter so please dress warmly and do not get sick. I love you!
